RECHARGE NTC, NCELL, UTL & ADSL WITH PAYPAL

I had tried this method some time back to recharge my NTC number and it had worked flawlessly. So, I've decided to write a review or a walk-through, whatever you may like to call it,  for the likes of you who don't know about this service.

The service is pretty self-explanatory though; you just have to make payment to a site through your PayPal (Unverified PayPal works too!) and it will provide you the recharge pin or make bill payments on your behalf.
